Reservations

Once a reservation is made, the guest has entered into a binding contract with Quendale Guest House and these terms and conditions apply in full. Where a company, agency or similar has made the booking on behalf of the guest, the agreement is with that third party. Third parties should ensure that the guests are aware of these terms and conditions. This agreement applies for all bookings made after or arriving from 1st February 2021.

 Payments

If a deposit is due this will be made clear when you enquire about a reservation. Where a deposit is paid, this is fully refundable up to 24 hours prior to your stay. The Balance of your stay is payable prior to or during your stay.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your reservation then please get in touch as soon as possible. All cancellations of accommodation must be given at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date, thereafter a full charge will be made for the first night.

Check in

Check in is by arrangement between 4:00 and 10pm. Please specify an arrival time on booking and you must advise us should this change. Self-check in is also available.

Guest rooms may be ready earlier and luggage can be left prior to check in if necessary. If an early check in is required please ask.

If a later check in is required then please enquire.

Check out

By 11:00am on the morning of your departure.

Security

Quendale Guest House expect your room and the front door of the property to be closed at all times. We request that all guests follow this safety and security measure. We reserve the right to refuse admission and exclude visitors from our accommodation.

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.

A booking-in form must be completed by all guests on arrival with passport numbers for overseas visitors.

We also ask that all guests read our fire notice that can be found on the wall of each room.

Housekeeping, Guests’ Liabilities

Quendale Guest House is strictly no smoking property.

Should any breakage or damage occur, please report it immediately.  We do not usually charge for minor breakages, but we reserve the right to charge for any significant cleaning, repair or replacement costs.

For the comfort of other guests, Quendale Guest House does not allow pets.

Liability

We do not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party, or vehicle or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves, employees or contractors during the course of their employment.

Complaints

In the event of a complaint, we will investigate and respond in a timely and courteous manner. Where appropriate, we will make immediate amends.
